Sample Forms in Adobe Acrobat

Law Disks create forms in Microsoft Word, and have the finest typeset-quality printing, which will enhance your forms and your professional image.

These previews use Adobe Acrobat, which makes a "photograph" showing the form as printed out. For the Samples, you need the Acrobat Reader installed on your system, which you can download it for free at Adobe Corporation. Before you look at the forms, you may wish to print out our Order Form for your convenience.

Please also note that because these Acrobat files are "photographs" of our forms, they are not working programs. Law Disks uses WordPerfect or Microsoft Word to create the actual forms which you fill in. These samples are not a "demo disk." We do not believe in demo disks because:

• you can buy and try our actual programs, with a 30 day money-back guarantee,
• demo disks are usually sent out with some features disabled, or with instructions to self-destruct after a period of time-- we don't think you'd like that, and
• demo disks double the amount of work for us.
• Instead, we keep overhead (and prices) down.

Please note: on some screens, the Acrobat files may exaggerate the darkness of the lines. The actual forms print out much lighter, as you would expect. Print them out, and see for yourself!

Please note that the HUD-1-DISK comes with two different styles of HUD-1 form (you receive both), plus the HUD-1A. If you wish to print out the HUD-1-DISK samples, please remember that it prints on 14 inch paper. When done looking at the samples, close the Acrobat Reader to return here.
